this the 2nd time i fell this year after my spine surgery
This time it was during PE class
Well you did say your surgeon said you could take PE now, yes?
The instrumentation is probably holding the fusion. Apparently, 95% of kids at least need no restriction other than self restriction from pain in order to avoid pseudoarthrosis.
So you are probably good to go.

Question: What do you call alternative medicine that works? Answer: Medicine
Did you hurt your back? Do you have any pain other than your muscle spasms you've been having? If so, tell the surgeon you are seeing tomorrow. I'm sure he would take a look since your back surgeon is in Japan and your next appointment with him isn't until March.

I'm doing ok.
I love Pe Yes
I'm going to tell the surgeon i'm seeing tommrrow because Dr Gupta is in japan until next week
I'm so happy to hear that you're going to mention this to the surgeon today. It can't hurt to mention it. Don't forget to mention your muscle spasms.
Even if the doctor doesn't check your back for you, at least by mentioning it to the doctor, it should make your mom realize that you are really having muscle spasms if you are mentioning them to a doctor.
