  • Good Luck, Debra!

    Hi Debra-

Just wanted to say good luck to you on Wednesday with your surgery!! You are in great hands with Dr. B so you have nothing to worry about. He was great with me in the "holding" area before surgery. I'll never forget, he gave me such a look of comfort that my anxiety totally decreased and I was ready to go ahead with the surgery.

Please post when you can! I'll be thinking about you on Sept. 1!!!! Here's to a speedy recovery!

    JenM

        You're on your way!
Bon voyage - to a new life.
And moving from "before" to "after" in this major life chapter.

Can't wait to hear your news!
Not all diagnosed (still having tests and consults) but so far:
        Ehler-Danlos (hyper-mobility) syndrome, 69 - somehow,
        main curve L Cobb 60, compensating T curve ~ 30
Flat back, marked lumbar kyphosis (grade?) Spondilolisthesis - everyone gives this a different grade too. Cervical stenosis op'd 3-07, minimally invasive

Thank you! I truly appreciate your warm wishes. We're leaving at 6:30am. I found out today the surgery was changed to 12pm - instead of 2. I had been hoping to see the kids off to school and then head to NY, but all's good, we'll just leave a little earlier and the neighbors will help out. Well I feel I've done all I can do and now I just have to trust. I'll post as soon as I can.
