periodic pinches in back.....sign of worsening curve?

every now and then (no matter what position i'm in) i'll get these very painful "pinches" in my back. they usually last for a day or two then go away. i was just wanting to know, could it be a sign that my curve is worsening?

Is it like insect bites or electric shocks?

I get the "pinches" too regularly.

I don't know if your spine is getting worser.
On your next appointment you should tell your doctor that.

I too get pinch pains , they are under my shoulder blade where my curve is.Sometimes when I lie down it feels like im being stabbed!
Ive always had them and used to worry it was a sign my curve was progressing but after a recent check up it revealed that I havent progressed in 4 years.
I find the pinch pains are worse when Ive had a busy day.
