I too am concerned about all, but to keep it in perspective - if a member undergoing surgery hasn't given a caregiver their password and log-in info, how can the forum be informed? That goes especially for the very beginning when by all accounts patients are disabled by pain and sleeplessness?
It's really a great stroke of luck when we DO hear. Note, that the younger members seem to bounce back a bit sooner, and also tend to be more "wired".
That said, it will be a big relief to hear from these three! Not all diagnosed (still having tests and consults) but so far:
Ehler-Danlos (hyper-mobility) syndrome, 69 - somehow,
main curve L Cobb 60, compensating T curve ~ 30
Flat back, marked lumbar kyphosis (grade?) Spondilolisthesis - everyone gives this a different grade too. Cervical stenosis op'd 3-07, minimally invasive
