  • Anyone know of Yoga for fusion patients?

Hello all! Hope all of my Scoli friends are doing well!!! I was wondering....does anyone know if there is a Yoga program/CD/Classes for those w/large fusions? Ive been feeling as tho I need more excersise....I get bored easily...fyi. I cant just walk or stretch...boorring! I need something that is interesting, something that will make me feel good and maybe tone up my "wobbly bits" alittle bit as well! I looked online, and didnt see anything. Idea's???

    Hi Lynn...

I know that Elise Browning Miller has worked with patients with long fusions. I can't remember if she addresses that issue in her DVD or not, but it's worth checking out.
