I've read your posts and just wanted to say hi. I am having the exact same surgery as you in less than a month. I also badly need an arch in my back :-)
My hips and knees (mostly my hips) are put under so much pressure because of the un-natural position of my posture. I very much understand how you feel. Do you know when your surgery will be? I understand too the validation you feel. I went for a long time after my orig surg knowing something was wrong but could not get any help. I wish you much success with hopefully your LAST surgery!
