  • hit another milestone! :)

I believe I hit another milestone tonight. Lately, I have been waking up by 4:00am with quite a bit of stiffness, soreness, and back spasms. Although I woke up again, It's not as bad as usual and I'm not having a back spasm. Everyday seems to be a little better and a little easier! I can't wait for my post op visit with the surgeon later this week, but I feel like things are looking up!

      Thank you

      Jimbo,

I'm sorry your having the stiffness and soreness too, but I'm glad I'm not the only one. My doctor increased increased my meds at night and that seems to have helped a little. You might want to call your doctor and explain your situation. I know we only had our surgeries a day apart. I think everyday is getting a little better!
